Young Adolescent Literature
I have lost my reason,
my logos by floating towards
the satellites. I used to float
alone, and now I drag you
with me into the abyss
of my mind, into my lost cause.
Perspective is funny.
You’re wrong. We have nothing
in common, my mind constantly
floating into what scientists
call a universe and yours,
yours is clinging to mine.
You never had a reason
to transcend before, prodigy.
My lessons of destruction
will bring you with me,
my mind like a failing
trite fantasy book series.
You join me in my pale
blood-sucking world.
You join me in Hell
when Heaven was an option.
I smile at you for this.
